i2i work with companies across a wide range of industry sectors including technology, communications, manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences and more. Our customers vary in size from large corporations to small and medium businesses operating around the world.

i2i’s original heritage came from working with technology companies that had been very successful at selling their products, until increased competition meant that their market share was challenged and margins were eroded. These companies therefore reached a point where they needed to diversify from successfully selling products to successfully selling products, solutions and services – this required a more consultative sales style and customer-value based approach to their business.

In recent years, i2i have discovered that selling ‘customer-value’ is generic across all industries. This is proven by a current project where i2i are providing Sales Transformation services not for a technology company, but for Outokumpu, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of stainless steel.
